ALL MASQUERADERS MUST MEET AT DESIGNATED POINT BY 10.30 AM FOR PHOTOS

1. Costume includes headpiece, arm pieces, body armor, pant, belt, leg pieces (rhinestone fishnets matching sneakers, fanny packs and fans will be available for purchase at the boutique, located at the Patapsco Market)
2. Refreshments on the road 
3. Food and drinks when you get to the park, please follow instructions to the tent
