Return & Exchange Policy

At Imprint Me Fashions and Candice Carnival Creations, every purchase is a commitment to your personal style.

Please review our policy carefully before completing your order:

• No Returns or Online Credit
  We do not offer cash refunds, online credit, or exchanges for different items. Please make selections carefully.

• Exchanges (Size Only)
  Exchanges are available for size only and only if the requested size is in stock. We cannot accommodate exchanges for a different item or style. Please contact us at 443-985-8541 or imprintmefashions@gmail.com to request exchange

• Exchange Requests

  • Must be initiated within 3 days of your order’s delivery date (ship date applies).

  • All return shipping is at the buyer’s expense. Imprint Me Fashions and Candice Carnival Creations does not cover return shipping costs.

  • Items must be unworn, with original tags attached, free from stains, odors (including perfume), and in the same condition as received.

• Final Sale Items
  All sale items are final sale and are not eligible for exchange under any circumstances.

• Condition Check
  Any item returned that does not meet the above condition requirements will be refused and sent back to the customer.

• If chargebacks are made with your bank, a full investigations will be carried out where you will have to provide pictures of items received in it's condition, your form of communication, which includes call and text logs and emails of you contacting me about the item to return and the reason why, evidence of you returning items which includes pictures. shipping and tracking numbers and then Imprint Me Fashions and Candice Carnival Creations will provide evidence and proof of receipt of returned items. It is considered fraud to contact your bank to receive money back without returning items and legal ramifications will be taken.
