PARADE STARTS AT 12 PM TILL 5 PM
ALL MASQUERADERS MUST MEET AT DESIGNATED POINT BY 10.30 AM FOR PHOTOS
INCLUDES:
1. Costume includes headpiece, neck, arms,  panty and bra set, belt and leg pieces (rhinestone fishnets matching sneakers, fanny packs and fans will be available for purchase at the boutique, located at the Patapsco Market)
2. Refreshments on the road 
3. Food and drinks when you get to the park, please follow instructions to the tent
4. Professional photos from the Saturday parade 
5. Costume pickup is 1 week July 4th and 5th  before the parade at the Patapsco Market from 9am to 5pm.
